Many properties in Las Vegas have detached casitas. As these are often complete living spaces with kitchens, bathrooms and HVAC systems, we don't charge for an additional inspection of a Grande (up to 2000 square feet). Instead we only charge a discounted additional amount to cover the additional time spent on the inspection and report.
