Our comprehensive inspection service includes the exterior grounds, exterior coverings, exterior wall coverings, visible foundation, windows, doors, roof coverings (when safe to access), interior walls, ceilings, floor coverings, interior doors/windows, kitchen/bathroom cabinets/countertops, garage (walls, ceilings, floors doors and garage door openers), stairs/railings and attic (when accessible), representative number of electrical outlets/GFCI’s, electrical fixtures, appliances, plumbing drains/valves/accessible systems, sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, and HVAC systems/accessible ducting/controls.

If the home has a water softener and or a filter under the kitchen sink, we will test the equipment to ensure they are removing contaminants as designed. This is included free of charge with your inspection.

We will also use arial footage of the roof should it be unsafe to access or if it is within 10 years old as direct access typically voids the roof warranty. 

Thermal imaging and moisture detection devises are utilized in trouble spots (under sinks, behind shower heads, ceilings and bathroom floors) as an additional measure to ensure potential issues are detected.
